Grow tier covers two kinds of work that operators need ongoing: strategy — the thinking that tells you what to do next, like positioning, category research, GTM planning, retainer input — and operational Amazon work like listing amendments and SEO refresh. Both sit upstream of execution. Both need the same operator-honest read on what your category and your listings are actually doing.
Grow tier is for founders and operators making structural decisions about the business. You're entering a new product category and need to know what the competitive landscape actually looks like before you commit. You're launching a new range and the plan exists in three different people's heads, not on paper. You need ongoing strategic input across multiple projects but don't want a generic monthly retainer. Or you have a live listing whose ranking has slipped and need a targeted SEO refresh or a set of backend amendments rather than a full rewrite. Those are Grow-tier engagements.
Grow tier is not the right fit if you have a specific asset that needs rebuilding from scratch (use Create) or a specific incident — a Safe-T claim, an A-to-Z dispute, a suppression to recover — that needs response work (use Analyse). Grow is for the strategic decisions and the operational maintenance work between launches.
Most clients combine Grow services with one Analyse engagement (to ground the strategy in what's actually happening) and Create engagements as the execution arm.
