How we work together

Fin Method is two people, both of us shipping the work we sell. Nadira leads strategy, marketplace operations, and copy across all three tiers. Steph leads Shopify development — themes, custom sections, the technical half of every Shopify engagement. There's no subcontracting, no account managers, and no junior layers between the founder and the work. Most projects are delivered by one of us. Some engagements — Shopify Content & UX, UX & Funnel Optimisation, parts of the Amazon Product Launch Kit when the launch involves Shopify — get both, with Nadira leading copy and structure and Steph leading implementation. The split is operationally honest: Nadira's been operating ecommerce businesses for half a decade. Steph's been building Shopify themes for two years. Different specialisms, same standard, both shipping the work in front of you.
