This is full handling of one Amazon Safe-T claim — Amazon's seller-protection mechanism for damaged, lost, or unsellable returns where the seller would otherwise absorb the cost. Sellers should file when a return arrives in damaged condition, when a return is missing entirely from the return shipment, or when the returned item is unfit for resale and the standard FBA reimbursement doesn't cover it. The £95 covers the submission work; the recovery amount itself goes to the seller account. We handle evidence assembly (return tracking, photos, documentation of condition), claim writing in the format Safe-T reviewers respond to, and follow-up correspondence if Amazon requests more information. Submission goes in within one business day of receiving your evidence package. Amazon's decision typically lands within seven to fourteen days. We report the outcome (approved, denied, escalated) and brief next steps if a denial is worth appealing.
- 01
Within 24 hours. Evidence reviewed, claim drafted, submission to Safe-T queue.
- 02
Days 7–14. Amazon decision typically returned (timing controlled by Amazon, not us).
- 03
Outcome day. Result reported, follow-up correspondence handled if requested.
Concrete deliverables, no vague promises.
- Submitted Safe-T claim with full evidence package
- Follow-up correspondence with Amazon if additional information is requested
- Outcome report — approved, denied, or escalated — with brief on next-step options
Where this scope ends.
- Not a guarantee of recovery — Amazon's Safe-T team decides outcomes and we don't control them
- Not bulk-claim handling — per-claim pricing applies; high-volume operators (10+ claims per month) can book a bulk arrangement at a quoted rate
- Not appeal handling if the initial claim is denied — appeals are a separate engagement, quoted on the denial reason
Four steps. Same every time.

What people ask before booking.
How many revisions are included? What if we need more?
One revision round is included in every Engagement. Further rounds are £85 each. A revision round means a consolidated set of feedback delivered within 14 days of receiving the work — piecemeal feedback gets folded into one round.
When do we pay? What's the deposit structure?
Engagements under £500 are due on delivery. Engagements £500 and above are 50% deposit on booking, 50% on delivery. The Strategic Retainer is monthly upfront with a two-month minimum. We hold your slot the moment payment lands and start work once any deposit clears.
What if our needs are slightly outside the published service?
Custom-scope work is priced from the published Standard rate for the closest service, quoted at scoping, and confirmed in writing before we book. We don't surprise-bill for scope changes.
What if we're not happy with the work?
Tell us within 14 days of delivery. Most cases resolve with a revision. If we genuinely missed the brief, a partial refund is on the table — we'd rather acknowledge it than argue. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable for completed work.
Do you take a percentage of the recovery, or just the £95?
£95 flat, regardless of recovery amount. We don't take a percentage. The recovery — whatever Amazon approves — goes directly to your seller account. We're paid for the submission work, not on commission. This pricing keeps the incentive clean: we file claims that have genuine evidence, not borderline ones to boost a percentage cut.
What evidence do I need to provide for the claim to work?
Return tracking number, photographs of the returned item's condition on arrival, the original order detail, and any correspondence with the buyer if relevant. If photographs aren't possible (the item is sealed and opening it would invalidate the resale assessment), tell us at brief-in and we'll adjust the evidence pack accordingly. Strong evidence drives the approval rate; weak evidence drives denials.
What happens if Amazon denies the claim?
We report the denial reason and brief whether an appeal is worth filing — sometimes denials are procedural (wrong evidence format, missing fields) and overturn easily; sometimes the underlying claim is borderline and an appeal won't change the outcome. Appeals are a separate £95 engagement when worth pursuing. If we think an appeal would fail we'll say so honestly rather than charge to file it.
