What this is

This is end-to-end recovery of one suppressed Amazon listing — diagnosis of the suppression trigger, fix implemented in Seller Central, and reinstatement request submitted to Amazon. Suppression is Amazon hiding the listing from search results, usually triggered by image policy violations, restricted keywords in copy, category-attribute mismatches, missing or contradictory attributes, or compliance flags raised against the listing. It's different from being unavailable for sale — the listing still exists, it's just invisible to buyers via search. We start with root-cause diagnosis (the suppression notice often names a generic trigger but doesn't explain which specific element caused it), fix the trigger in Seller Central, then submit the reinstatement request in the format Amazon's catalog team actually reads. We also write a short prevention note covering what changed and how to keep the trigger from firing on future listings — most suppressions are predictable once you've seen the pattern, and the same listings tend to get suppressed repeatedly if the root cause isn't addressed.

What happens during the 2 business days
  1. 01

Day 1. Suppression notice reviewed, root-cause diagnosis, trigger fix scoped against listing state.

  2. 02

Day 2. Fix implemented in Seller Central, reinstatement request submitted, prevention note shipped.

  3. 03

Days 3–7. Amazon decision typically returned (timing controlled by Amazon).

What you get

Concrete deliverables, no vague promises.

  • Root-cause diagnosis — why the listing was suppressed in plain language
  • Trigger fix implemented in Seller Central
  • Reinstatement request submitted in the format Amazon's catalog team accepts
  • Prevention notes covering the fix and how to keep the trigger from firing on future listings
  • Follow-up correspondence with Amazon if additional information is requested
What’s not included

Where this scope ends.

  • Not a guarantee of reinstatement — Amazon may refuse if the underlying trigger is unfixable within their policy
  • Not Plan of Action drafting — separate service for policy-violation cases requiring a formal POA (see Plan of Action Drafting)
  • Not account-level or catalog-wide suppression — that's an account-health escalation, separate engagement
  • Not image production if the trigger requires new compliant imagery (we brief; image production is separate)

FAQ

What people ask before booking.

How many revisions are included? What if we need more?

One revision round is included in every Engagement. Further rounds are £85 each. A revision round means a consolidated set of feedback delivered within 14 days of receiving the work — piecemeal feedback gets folded into one round.

When do we pay? What's the deposit structure?

Engagements under £500 are due on delivery. Engagements £500 and above are 50% deposit on booking, 50% on delivery. The Strategic Retainer is monthly upfront with a two-month minimum. We hold your slot the moment payment lands and start work once any deposit clears.

What if our needs are slightly outside the published service?

Custom-scope work is priced from the published Standard rate for the closest service, quoted at scoping, and confirmed in writing before we book. We don't surprise-bill for scope changes.

What if we're not happy with the work?

Tell us within 14 days of delivery. Most cases resolve with a revision. If we genuinely missed the brief, a partial refund is on the table — we'd rather acknowledge it than argue. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable for completed work.

How quickly will my listing be reinstated?

We submit the reinstatement request within 2 business days. Amazon's response typically lands in 3 to 7 days but they don't publish a fixed SLA — sometimes faster, occasionally slower depending on category workload. We follow up if it stretches beyond two weeks. Suppression that requires Plan of Action drafting (rather than a straightforward trigger fix) usually takes longer because the POA review is its own queue.

What if the same listing gets suppressed again later?

We include prevention notes specifically to reduce that. Most repeat suppressions are the same trigger firing again because the underlying policy gap wasn't fully closed — for example, an image that's compliant today but starts violating an updated policy six months later. The prevention notes cover what to monitor and how. If the same listing gets re-suppressed within 90 days for the same root cause, the second recovery is half price.

Can you handle category-wide suppressions or only individual listings?

Per-listing engagements only at this price. Category-wide suppression (where Amazon suppresses an entire category of your catalogue at once) is a different problem — usually an account-level policy issue or systemic catalog gap — and it's a separate scoped engagement. Book a scoping call if that's what you're seeing and we'll quote the right shape of work.
